Terms of Service
GENERAL
Please read carefully before commissioning me
♦ I only Accept Paypal or KoFi($USD as a payment).♦ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.♦ Prices already include the paypal fee.♦ I only send .png, .gif or .jpg files.♦ I need at least a visual reference of your character (Designing a character from scratch will have additional charges)♦ In your email / DM / PM before the payment you'll need to add that you're agreeing to my T.O.S.♦ As a reminder, you are purchasing DIGITAL goods and no physical items will be shipped.PAYMENT
♦ The currency accepted is USD.♦ I'll start working on your commission once I receive the full payment.
If you want to pay one half of the price first then the rest later we'll have to include the paypal fee for both payments (because it's a loss for me if we do it in this way)♦ For split payments the first half will be done immeditately and the rest will be paid once the sketch is done, or I won't continue working on that commission.♦ Once I accept your commission, I'll send you my paypal email, or an invoice if you require it.PROCESS
♦ The time for finishing commissions varies depending on complexity and how much commissions I have pending, I work a 10hr shift to survive so my free time is very limited: the usual time frame is about 2 - 4 WEEKS but I'll try my best to deliver this before that timeframe, and in case I have to take more time I'll notify you immediately.
I'll be updating my Trello constantly to share my actual progress for any of my clients to see.♦I'll be working with slots, and a waiting list. The people in slots have to do the full payment and I'll be working on those commissions simultaneously, if you are in the waiting list I'll contact you when a slot opens to see if you still want to commission me.♦ After payment is done and you have told me all the details of what you want for your commission, I'll send you between 2-3 thumbnail sketches to see what kind of pose and vibe you prefer (its a base for me to start on the actual commission)♦I'll send you WIPs to you in the following stages: Sketch & Lineart, in case you want me to make some changes, if you want to receive more WIPs please tell me and I'll gladly do it. (The later only applies if you've done the full payment)♦ Once I finish you will receive your commission in .png, .gif or .jpeg format.♦ In case you need me to finish before a certain due-date, it will have an aditional fee (depending on how complex the commission is and how difficult is for me to meet the timeframe), since it will get priority over other current commissions and real life events. They will be listed as priority commissions.REVISIONS
♦ Changes on the Sketch/Lineart stage are included already on the price.
♦ You can make small changes on the final piece, but if its a very big change I'll charge extra depending on the difficulty.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Artist
♦ I have the right to cancel and refund an order for any reason.♦ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork, so please don't claim it as your own and give me the proper credit.♦ I will not profit further from the artwork. (re-sell, prints, redristribute, etc.)
♦ Unless previously stated by the client, I can share the commission on social media to showcase my work and promote my commissions.Client
♦ You will have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social media, with the proper credit.♦ You will not have the right to make profit from the commissioned artwork (re-sell, redistribute, prints, etc.).♦ You will not have the right to alter the commissioned artwork unless I consent to it.♦ Only for Personal Use, in case for commercial purposes the rates will change and there will need to be a contract between both parts.♦ You will NOT have the right to claim the artwork as your own, and this will be considered copyright infringement.CANCELLATION AND & REFUND POLICY
♦ The percentage of refund once I started on the commission will vary depending on the stage:
Clean sketch - 60% refund
Lineart or Base colors - 40% refund
Shading/Rendering - 0% refund Non refundable since its basicaly the last stage and its almost done♦ If I'm unable to start the commission I'll send the full refund.♦ If you cancel your order before I start, you can get the full refund.♦ If you request a Paypal chargeback when you're not allowed to, you'll lose all rights to the commissioned artwork, I'll decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our PM/DMs and my TOS as evidence, and you'll be blacklisted, blocked and I'll have the right to warn others about your actions, in order to prevent this from happening again.THANK YOU FOR READING
